Is Clearsweep free?
Yes. There is no price, no account and no subscription, and there is no paid tier.
Where do I get it?
Clearsweep is an Android app and it is not in any app store yet, so there is nothing to download today. This site will link to the listing when there is one.
Can it tell me a room is safe?
No. A phone cannot clear a room. When the checks find nothing, the app says "Nothing found by the checks that ran" and lists what those checks miss.
Does it send what I scan anywhere?
No. It has no server of its own and no account. The one optional request to the internet is a DNS comparison with Quad9, made only when you ask for it.
Has it been tested against real cameras and trackers?
No AirTag, Tile or IP camera has been in front of this app yet. The checks are proven to run; they are not yet proven to detect. Until one has been walked through three real places and the result recorded, nothing here says Clearsweep will find yours.
