Can other guests reach me
Compares what the device list found: if the router answers but nothing else does, the network looks isolated; if many other devices answer, it does not. This is an inference from the list, because no system call reports isolation.
What it finds
- Whether other devices on this Wi-Fi answered this device, which suggests they could also reach yours
- Whether the network looks like an isolated guest network, where a device scan sees almost nothing
What it cannot find
- Hosts that exist but do not answer the ports tried
- Isolation that blocks some traffic and not other
- Devices on a separate network or VLAN, which can never be seen from here
